What has to happen first
Every call follows the same order, so you know what you agreed to.

- Price out loud
- Agreed on the call, before a technician is sent.
- Proof it is yours
- ID and address checked at the door.
- Your OK for extra work
- A full lock change instead of a rekey only if you ask for it.
- Keys tested together
- Every new key tried in every lock before the technician leaves.
Call, price, ID, then the job
Four steps, every time, in the same order.
You call
Tell us the doors and locks, and whether you want a rekey or a full change.
You hear the price
One number for the job, agreed before anyone is sent.
Your ID is checked
Photo ID and proof you live there, checked before the door is opened.
The job itself
Rekeyed or replaced with the right hardware, then every new key is tested.
What you decide, every step
Who can ask
The owner, a tenant with the landlord's agreement, or a property manager with ID.
What you approve
A rekey stays a rekey. A full lock change only if you ask for it.
What it costs
The price per lock you agreed to on the call.
Questions about the visit
What do I need to tell you when I call?
Your address, which doors or locks you want changed, and whether you want a rekey or a full lock change.
Can the price change after I hear it?
Not for the job you described. If the door needs more once we are there, you hear the new price first.
Do I have to be home for the whole visit?
Yes, or someone who can show ID with your address. We check ID before the door is opened.
One call: the price, then every step above.
